I may exercise my right of withdrawal if I have notified the post office or other courier service within 14 days of receipt of the parcel and the parcel is dispatched within 14 days of notification. Tomán Lifestyle Kft. is not able to accept parcels returned by cash on delivery or postage to be paid by recipient. The payment of the cost of returning the parcel is the responsibility of the customer. I am aware that, pursuant to Section 25 of Government Decree 45/2014, the consumer is liable for depreciation resulting from use beyond the use necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Tomán Lifestyle Kft. is not able to buy back opened or unpacked hygiene or other products exempt from withdrawal.
